Welcome to The Tango Hotel Istanbul. By making a reservation or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservations & Booking

  • Reservations can be made through our website, email (info@thetangohotelistanbul.com), phone (+90 212 230 24 04), or authorized third-party booking platforms.
  • A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
  • Room rates are quoted per room per night and are subject to availability.
  • All rates are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

    • 2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 14:00 (2:00 PM)
  • Check-out time: 12:00 (noon)
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • A valid passport or national ID card is required at check-in (Turkish law requirement).
  • Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in independently.

    • 3. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
  • Late cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be charged the first night's rate.
  • No-show: Full charge for the first night will be applied.
  • Special rates and promotional offers may have different cancellation terms.

    • 4. Payment

  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and bank transfers.
  • Payment is processed in Turkish Lira (TRY). Foreign currency conversions are handled by your bank.
  • The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card upon booking.

    • 5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards other guests and hotel staff.
  • Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms. A cleaning fee of €200 will be charged for smoking in non-smoking rooms.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
  • The hotel is not responsible for valuables left outside the in-room safe.

    • 6. Hotel Services

  • Complimentary breakfast: Served daily from 07:00 to 10:00.
  • Free Wi-Fi: Available throughout the hotel.
  • 24-hour front desk: Our team is available around the clock.
  • Room service, laundry, and airport transfer: Available upon request; additional charges apply.

    • 7. Liability

  • The hotel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.
  • The hotel's liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for your reservation.
  • We recommend guests obtain travel insurance for their trip.

    • 8. Intellectual Property

    All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of The Tango Hotel Istanbul and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

    9. Website Use

  • Our website is provided for informational purposes and reservation services.
  • We strive to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is error-free.
  • Room photographs are representative; actual rooms may vary slightly.

    • 10. Governing Law

    These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Istanbul.
